The rooms excellent and big with nice decoration and a balcony, for instance. Nice interior design. Perfect location in Istanbul, so close to the main shopping street, Istiklal and Taxim metro station, and restaurants.
No elevator at all.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the heart of the city and close to all the tourist attractions. The room was comfortable with very clean facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel had everything I needed, including a small kitchen and comfortable beds. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The only downside was that upon arrival, our room wasn't ready, even though we had informed them in advance. We had to wait for around 40 minutes for it to be cleaned and prepared.

I recently stayed at Taxim Cool for 7 days with my boyfriend. The property is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Taxim Square. The staff is friendly and fluent in English and Russian. The interior is modern and cozy, with two balconies to enjoy. The price was great for what we received, and the staff checked on us and cleaned our room daily. I highly recommend this hotel. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

City Views and a Terrace: From our room, we were treated to breathtaking city views that felt like something out of a postcard. And to top it off, the hotel had a terrace where we could relax with a drink and soak in the beautiful surroundings. It was truly a picture-perfect experience.
